Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your women’s top, you may return it within 3 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
• Only items purchased through our official channels are eligible.
• Pictures and videos of the product in the condition when received need to be sent to onlinekalakosh@gmail.com

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer support at onlinekalakosh@gmail.com to initiate a return.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
